Unfortunately I have to meet minimum order requirements with my screen printer but you may be able to find some companies out there that will do a limited run with your own design.

I also have fitment issues (or bad luck) when it comes to buying clothing online. I'm somewhere between a large and X-large. How much do these really shrink?

T shirts are all over the map when it comes to fit and shrinkage. That's why the only ones I buy online are ones I have "tested" to know sizing. I wear an XL Jerzees or Gildan (Gildan is a hair snug though) but if I try XL in other stuff I can end up looking like a kid in his dad's clothes to a Chris Farley in David Spade's jacket. There's like zero commonality in sizing.
