My 2012 runner build (so far)

Sold a built 03 tacoma on 35" due to family needs. (Miss that truck) Stay at home dad's new daily driver with more to come. I hope! 5th gen, Fox 2.5 coilovers w toytec 2.0 rear springs and fox 2.0 w res rear shocks, sliders, atx186 17x8 wheels. 285/70r17 general altimax arctic.

Sao 5400 lbs in the trailer?

No, the trailer itself weighs approx 2200#. Didn't really have anything in the truck when we did this weigh in. I'm assuming the weight distribution hitch put the 600ish# on the truck. So just under 4000#.

No lift yet...just looks that way bc the jack is still got it in the air on the left side.

Traded in my Tacoma last week for this 2015 TE in Magnetic Grey. Love it so far, just too bad it comes with road tires.

Here's our 2014. Love it. I'm pleased with the rack and bug shield. Considering a wind deflector for the roof since the rack sends some air back into the cab when the sun roof is open. Any suggestions?

This summer on way up to Adirondack Island camping...and a few others. So much fun! Wish there was more I knew of to do in the northeast that I could get to in the 4runner and car camp while exploring. Too many damn crowded campgrounds and not enough open spaces to wheel!

New user... and yes, that is indeed a totally standard 2015 T4R TE. I took the plunge on a T4R TE w/KDSS after driving euroboxes for years (yes, across the pond). I wasn't convinced about TE running boards, they seem bolted to the body rather than the frame (like rock sliders), then again, I'm not going rock crawling... and maybe a slider will protect less against stone chips than boards? Anyway I haven't decided on that yet. So for now just enjoying the ride Some people seem not to like the headscoop, but I like it and I think it helps place the car on the road, since it is really rounded - surprisingly silent as a result, I testdrove a Q5 which seemed to have more wind noise? KDSS is great, car is really flat in corners, but surprisingly comfortable except on some ridges.

I'm glad to see a Trail with the A/T3s on it! I'm on set #4 and have nothing but good things to say. Are those LT rated?

Nope... Standard load tires.

Love it so far. Haven't had an opportunity to try the winch yet. And I am brainstorming a bolt on stinger type bar or light brush guard if I can find a local guy to fab it up.

Or not........... I really do love the minimal look too!
