5th gen tear drops

Ok, if the mods need to delete I understand but I thought this was
Pretty funny. A white premium was driving behind me and I told my 9yr old girl to look behind us to see the car that I’m ordering. She said “um dad I don’t like the tear drops under it’s eyes” lmao. I never looked at it like that until she said that. She’s pretty spot on. Now every time I see one I wonder why it’s so sad lol

My kids call 5.5 gens the "crying 4runners". When they see another 5th gen they ask "Dad, was that a crying 4runner or a regular one?"

I love white vehicles. However, I wasn't a fan of the white 5.5 gens as they do look like they're crying. Luckily, they blend in pretty well on my Magnetic Gray.

Tear drop on the 5.5 or bug eye on the 5th, pick your poison. IMO, the 5.5 has a meaner look that the 5th. Personally I don't like the early 5th at all and despise the limited 5th or 5.5, both are terrible with all the over grown plastic. Very curious to see the 4R once Toyota does a full redesign.

Hopefully they'll go back to a 13 SR5 look. That's why I bought mine; couldn't stand the 14.
