5vzfe motor swap 024 vs 045 help

So #3 cylinder went out and had a new motor dropped off. Everything has been good so far except i noticed that the the "brain" of wires for the electronics is very different. The current motor says 045 and new 1 says 024. Can i change the wiring over to make compatible?

The basic block is the same for all models 96-2002 but every model change has changes in the wiring and sensors. You need to change out everything on the new motor that is not exactly the same as your old one. What year motor did you get? Most of us will not understand a motor number but a year will help with the changes. I have also read that the early 96 models were different but I am not totally sure about that.
