#6 fuse for 'tail' losing dash lights

Hi- I have 2002 4-Runner and the dash lights keep blowing. The #6 fuse under the hood left side called 'tail' 10 amp keeps blowing. I put a 15 amp in , bad move I know but I'm broke, and it seems to be working. But the tail light never goes out?

follow the tail light wires back and look for a short. you might have a wire with the insulation worn off just a little bit.

Hi- only the dash gauge lights go out. The tail lights work without that fuse being in. Thanks!
