A fantastic interview on 60 minutes with former Navy SEAL Marcus Luttrell, author of "Lone Survivor". I read his book, it was fantastic. I recommend reading it to anyone interested in military history.

Reading the book, and hearing his personal account of the fight was very humbling. I'm looking forward to seeing the movie later this month.

I saw him speak in Houston earlier this year at the patriot tour.
Taya Kyle was one of the presenters along with Chad Flemming.
To hear him tell that story in person is bone chilling and inspiring.
He is an amazing individual. Pretty damn funny too.
Highly reccomended if it ever comes through your area.

Saw that interview tonight as well. Amazing story and I can't believe he is actually in touch with the Afghan national who saved him. Really shows that they are not all terrorists who hate America (horrible stereotype).
I can't imagine all the survivors guilt he has had to live with. True Hero.
