Wanted to put it out there for everyone in Arizona - November 7th is the annual Four Peaks Cleanup.
Like last year, we will be having 2 raffles, free food and beverages & free t-shirts for the first 300 volunteers.
To get there, take the 87/Beeline Hwy north to 4 Peaks Road which is between mile marker 203 & 204; almost 5 miles past Bush Hwy. Make a right on 4 Peaks Rd and head up about 1/2 mile to the main staging area where will will have a huge tent, 4 40 yard dumpsters and all kinds of things going on - there is no way you can miss it. From there we will get everyone checked in, geared up and sent out to start the clean up. We will have some maps to the areas that need attention.
We will be cleaning up on both sides of the 87 Hwy. We will have some contractor type trash bags, but it doesn't hurt to bring you own if you can. Other items to bring if you can: Gloves, hats, closed toed shoes, sunscreen, drinks and waters for while you're out cleaning, any other items you think would help with picking all kinds of trash.
