I have a 1987 toyota 4runner that I recently did a complete rebuild on. I had a small fuel leak and decided to rewire an injector after everything was put back together. Everything worked, engine was running fine except for the small fuel leak.
So, I pulled the upper intake off fixed the fuel leak (new grommets/o - rings) and put on a new wire clip. After I put everything back together tried to crank the engine and nothing. Found the 7.5 IGN fuse was blown and that I had forgot to attach the ground wire on the upper manifold. I reattached the ground, replaced the fuse and tried again. Instantly blew the fuse again. Any ideas?
