85 T4R for sale. how much is it worth??

Hey everyone,

I Have a 5speed manual 85 T4R SR5 with a 3.0 ltr conversion and a 4 inch lift (perhaps a little higher) and 220,000 ks on the frame. I think the engine has done 50,000 but I have no proof. As it is the car is not running due to a problem with the ignition system (so I think) as it will turn over but not start.

I simply dont have the time or money to fix it and was wondering how much such a vehicle is worth?? It also has new Cooper ST Discoveries on it. Any Advice that anyone can give me on how much this vehicle is worth/the best way to sell it would be much appreciated. Thanks for your time.

With no pics or anything and it not running its hard to tell ya. Post on craigslist for whatever you think you want.

Sometimes you can make more money parting these trucks out then selling outright but it takes a lot of time and hassle.

Hey everyone,

Thanks for your replies. The car is in Prince George BC which makes it a little harder to sell? Bad_Vision would you be able to pick it up from Prince? Id like a $1000 for it, like a previous poster suggested, as it has cost me alot of money. But, I do want to get rid of it and if your serious I can up load some photos for you?

Please note that not all these pics show the 4Runner with the Cooper ST's on it and also that the sag in the rear suspension is due to a heavy load.

Please also note that the grey around the rear wheel arches is repaired rust damage. However, this is the only area with damage and the under carriage is completely rust free as is the rest of the vehicle.

Im not sure what you mean by save the body? Its just over the rear wheel arches as there was rust damage in that area alone. Other than that everything works fine i.e. all electric windows, radio etc etc etc. The interior is in good shape to, no tares in the seats or anything or cracks in the dash, or even the windshield for that matter.

B_V, You do realize that it wont start as I said at the start of this thread? Other than that though all the electrics work and its mechanically sound.
