86 4runner

Hey guys, new to this so here we go. Found a 86 4runner that a guy is selling for 300 bucks. The engine died about a year ago, and he seller hasnt bothered checking to see what it is. The body is rusted over the back wheel wells, and has a few dents here and there from him moving it with a forklift. The vehicle had 203,000 miles on it also. hardtop is perfect, and all components are basically there. Just wondering what you guys thought.

300 bucks? That's worth it even if it is just for parts! The top has got to be worth $1500 if you are trying to replace it!

that is what i figured, but being new i figured it wouldnt hurt to check with people who knew more about 4runners then i do. Next step then is to bet an engine that works. Thanks for the help
