89 spare tire hardware

I am missing 1 piece of my hardware to lower the spare tire, where might I find a complete set other than a junkyard? 4Runners are VERY hard to come by around here in Va, and when ya do its normally picked clean. Anyhow, I want my spare to be the same size, and I'd like to also find a good swing hitch to mount on the tailgate. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I'm not sure if the 1st and 2nd gen are different, I rigged up some 1/4 inch socket extensions and was able to go between the tire and the rear bumper to get it lowered.

I have the 30" (guessing) piece that is locked in to the jack (it has never been used), and 2 other pieces that control the jack, but I'm not sure the damn thing has ever been lowered. So it is 1/4 extension that goes in? That seems to be everything I have, maybe I'm not just hitting it right.

On my 89 I use the end of the 30" piece. It takes a few times to line it up right especially if you have an aftermarket rear bumper. Below are some pics of my set up. The "hooked" portion of bar goes into lowering mechanism housing.
