89 V6 SR5 for Sale

I'm new to this site, I have a 1989 4Runner that I wish to sell what do you suggest is a good selling price for this vehicle. I have spent about $1500 in these new items: 31' tires, brakes, timing belt, belts and hoses, shocks, K & N air filter. 4X4 service done also.

It has a sound system that is valued at $1000. Panasonic Am/Fm stereo wCD player. Alpine Amp that drives a 10' JPL speaker.

The reason that I'm selling this vehicle, is me and my husband are the only drivers and we don't need a 3rd vehicle. And now I have a job where I don't need 4 wheel drive any more, My Toyota Yaris will do the job just fine.

4 wheel drive system works very good, runs excellent for age. VERY little rust for a toyota. At this age they are usually rusted out not this one. A very rare Toyota 4 runner for what my mechanic says he's never seen one this good of condition for the year.

So what I asking is for a suggestion for a price and if any one is interested in buying this rare vehicle?

I talked to my mech. today he said I should try to sell it at $3500. So, unless someone else has a better suggestion that is what I'm going to sell it for. Here are some more pics.

at $3500 it should sell pretty fast. if the body's in as good of shape as you say you could probably get more, but i wouldn't go above $4500. look online like craigslist and autotrader to and see what they are going for in your area.
