Hi first things first. Thanks to all who read and can help.

I am a 25 yr mech. I have my 90 runner that has very bad cold running issues. I have checked all the basic stuff. Csi,timing, maf, fuel pressure, ect.

What it does is, untill it's warm closed loop. It will stumble under anykind of accleration. If it dies takes awhile to start back up. I have cleaned throttle body, cold start inj, tested the operation of cold start on and off intake. Fuel pressure is well within specs(hot/cold). Timing is ok. New plugs, wires, filters.
I have removed throttle body and cleared tube from coolant temp sensor housing back to engine( no flow cts won't read correctly). I have all data etc.
I have not tested tps yet my analog meter kinda flakey right now to read full sweep. I have pulled cap off mass and no corrosion etc present.

No cel is on. I do get the egr temp sensor light at times. Think pins at plug are weak? My water manifold under back of intake has 3 cts sensors. I know one is dash, one is ECM, the othe can't find description.

I have had to solder the knock close to lower intake back together. I know the wiring harness from ECM around the intake are bad about breaking/ failing due to age/ heat.

It also has 18-20" vaccuum at idle. All grounds good and extra added.

Like I said above I'm no rookie. I also have a bud that works at toy house he's as stumped as I am. Any ideas?

Thanks
Vance
