My runner doesn't have as much get up and go like it used to,I changes the plugs,feul filter,and changed the oil. It Slowly Gets Up to speed and sometime it will take forever,when I'm at about 40 mph it starts to shake and sputter,Cleaned up The O2 sensor and it didn't look bad, could use advice please,and thankyou
