91' Runner Small Issues

Hey, I am new to the forums, but have been checking them out for the past few months and decided to finally post. I have a 1991 4 runner. It's a 5 speed manual with 212,000 miles on it. It is pretty much a stock set up. There are a couple small issues that I have noticed. When cranking the wheels hard left or right it sounds like a "crunching" sound. After asking my buddy he told me that most toyota's have that, but it doesn't sound right. Also, when driving on the freeway, getting up around 70 to 75 the car starts to shake and then after 75 begins to level out for a little bit. Other than that this car is perfect, I love it and maybe you guys can give me some suggestions on what I can do to make it better! Here it is and thank you:

In regards to the steering 'Crunch' you should find that this is the steering bump/stop. I had this problem too, all you do is smear some oil on the stop, and the bit that hits the stop and the sound is gone. Just search on here or google for the location of the stop (its a bit hard to explain in writing)

Nice T4R!
About the 'shaking' issue... first thing to do is have your tires/wheels balanced. If that doesn't fix it, maybe it needs a wheel alignment...
Cheers!
