91 Runner Suspension

Hey everyone,

Just trying to do some research on suspension setups for my 91 runner. Its all stock as far as I can tell, the rear sags horribly, So I really just want to replace those springs with stock replacement springs. But before I do that I want to know of some cheap minor lift set ups? I found some 4 inch lift coils on 4wheelparts.com, I was thinking I could do those and tighten up the torsion bars.

Any Ideas?

Tightening the t-bars will get you some additional ride height, but you loose the same amount of traval in the opposite direction (you can't get something for nothing) and the ride will be rougher. An option is ball joint spacers. You can get them up to 1.5".

Where do you find ball joint spacers? I would rather do that than adjusting my t-bars.
