94 4runner, map lights

shoot me in the foot. i've searched everywhere and tried all but breaking it but how in gods name do you get into the map lights to swap out the bulbs? the lens is near cracking when i push on it so i don't want to ruin it.

can someone please let me know what i'm doing wrong?
