Hey guys! I'm new to the forum and just bought a 94 T4R with 166xxx miles. I am not the kind of person who likes stock vehicles. I wanna know what mods you guys are doing to your vehicles. I already plan on doing exhaust and lifting it with a Toytec lift.

You have came to the right place!
Well, there is a ton of mods you can do. It all depends on how built you want it and how much cash you have to put into it.
My 92 I bought stock and now its SAS'ed, locked, geared, armored, and the list goes on. I have thousands of dollars into my suspension and axles alone, but it is overkill for the average owner.
Do you plan to wheel it or just mainly use it for the street? If you are set on lifting it, the OME kits are very good, many people like the ride.

I'm only 18 right now and I will be using this as my DD through college but after college i plan on doing SAS, lifting it more and swapping in a 22re w/ 5 speed manual and turning it into a trail rig.

There's a wide variety of stuff you can do to these little trucks, check out some of the build threads for inspiration

Swapping a 22re will bring the suck, unless you're in an electrical engineering program... A 3.4 swap will yield much more power/torque/upgrade capabilities. It is a bolt in swap to a 3vze Toyota, harnesses can be purchased pre made.

I never really thought of doing a 3.4L swap. I'll have to look into that. Thanks for the idea!

do you really want to go from 150hp on the 3.0l (already underpowered& a pain to drive unless manual) to barely 100hp on a 22re?? 3.4 swap all the way man, its a direct bolt on, engine mounts are the same.
