94 V6 value/trouble shooting

I bought this truck a little over a month ago and was wondering what opinions of its value people have. Also wanted to see if anybody could help trouble shoot it's couple of issues.
1994 Toyota 4runner 4x4 3.0 V6 with 164k on the body with a reman engine that has less than 29k on it. Has paperwork for most of its history going back to the dealership receipt for 30k in 94. The recent work done is front rotors, pads, & calipers were replaced on 10-30-14. Timing belt, idler, water pump, and drive belts have no record but are obviously new just don't know when exactly they where installed. New radiator installed in January 2015. Reman power steering pump put in 1-14-15. New muffler 1-17-15. New EGR valve installed 1-21-15. New oil pressure sending unit 1-24-15. New brake master cylinder installed 1-29-15. Swapped the load sensing portioning valve for the ABS brake system from a 95 4runner on 1-31-15. Replaced the fuel filter on 2-5-15. Just installed new NGK platinum spark plugs and premium wires along with new distributor cap and rotor 2-11-15. Changed oil using castrol fully synthetic 10W30 along with filter and greased the drivetrain throughout less than 500 miles ago. It has no catalytic converter, it has a slight intermittent miss fire, it will start fine and balance it's RPMs but after getting up to speed for a while and coming to a stop it will idle rough below 500 RPMs act like it wants to stall with the dashboard surging like it's loosing power. When braking while this happens the steering will lock up like it's loosing power steering. Would greatly appreciate any advice!

What you described sounds like a vacuum leak. They are most noticeable at idle. Here's an easy way to check for them (there are TONS of vacuum hoses that could be leaking):

Could also be the belts slipping, specifically the power steering belt (but maybe others). Do they appear worn or cracked at all?
