95 3.0 Gas Leak Only When Engine is Running

This morning I have noticed that there is a gas leak when engine is running. It was literally dripping every couple seconds. The leak is coming from the front-passenger side, between the engine and shocks, around that area.

Any advice or input is greatly appreciated.

could it be coming from the top of the engine and just following a line down?

Check the rubber lines that go to the pressure regulator I believe its called. The hoses can get brittle or clamps come off and cause it to leak. Looking up a diagram of the fuel system on your 4runner should help

Makes sense, thats where the gas lines are.

If you open the hood while its running, you should be able to see where its coming from. Did you check to see where it was coming from at all?

Always be careful with gas leaks. Dont go gettin blowed up.

I appreciate all the direction. My friend gave me a ride to work today. Came back in the evening and looked for any fresh leaks but there were none.

I started the engine, got under the car started waiting for a drip but again there were none.

I inspected as much as I can. Turned off, looked around, turned back on, revved up the engine, looked around engine running, revved up again and nothing. So weird. Puzzled.

However one thing comes to my mind that in the morning I experienced this after a cold night and in the evening it is after a warm day. I will check in the morning if no leak I will take it to work.

Also, I just got the head gasket replaced, this guy working at this shop took a long time, and extended three deadlines he himself gave me. Changed distributor since there was idling issues. I gave it a go and got it changed. Idling issues are still there.

Now I found there is a crack in the intake hose which wasn't there before and this guy tried to cover it with a silicon based compound. On the Air flow sensor the sensor section is ziptied to secure. Also the Mass Air Flow Sensor making a sound like somebody sucking an empty soda bottle with a straw.

The worst case scenario I will buy a new air flow sensor together with the hose.

But the main concern I have is the gas leak I saw this morning. I am still puzzled since I don't want to blow the whole truck up.

One last thing is there is lots of gunk since I had head gasket issues, had oil and power steering leaks. What is the best way to clean that. Best way to do it without effecting electrical system.

This morning it leaked again and Hyde802 was right on spot, it is the gas line. It was a tiny stream as if you sticked a needle there. Is there specific name to that section to the fuel line, which seems to be a short piece with screw on both ends. Here is a picture of it:
