95 4Runner V6 - Interference or Non-interference engine?

I have a 1995 4Runner with a V6 3.0L 3VZ-E Engine. Is this engine interference or non-interference type?

I was wondering how critical it is to have the timing belt replaced.

It's critical to have it replaced about every 70,000 - 80,000 miles. However for your peace of mind, the 3.0 is NOT an interference engine. Valves and pistons won't touch. You'll just be stranded when the belt shreds.

just replace it when the head gasket blows
it is cheaper that way????? nah just kidding
but that is what I did I replaced mine at 65k then at
105k when the head gasket blew
