Just got my Runner this month, and I'm doing as much of the repairs all on me onesies as I can. I had the muffler replaced. The guys at the Muffler shop showed me that I needed a new idler arm ( not gonna lie, I had no clue what it was). Ordered the new one (after looking it up). The part came in today, but I still am not all the way sure how to replace it my self. It seems pretty simple. However, i am not clear on if I can I do it without taking off the tire, or using a jack& jack stands? Are there any tips that would prove to be helpful? I have to pass inspection soon, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you :n)
