95-96 the same?

Are the 95 T4R steering wheels the same size as the 96+ T4Rs? I plan on ordering the Wheelskin EuroPerf Steering Wheel Cover from performance products. Thanks

95 2 gen 96 3rd gen I doubt it would fit.
