95 runner

looking for suggestions on my 4runner. going to take the running boards off tomorrow. still waiting to get the subs hooked up. tinted windows are coming soon too. 4runner has a brand new motor just dropped it in about a month ago. looking for any suggestions.

Grill guard or Front Bumper Replacement. Adds class and safety.

Are you looking for an offroader or a street truck?

more offroad looking. i was actually not going to get a grill guard but instead just have two more additional lights put in on the front bumper

I'd recommend a grill guard with lights mounted on it, but any addition of lights helps (In my opinion.).

And as far as offroading goes, if you're looking for a quick, easy way to get better looks and better clearance, go to bigger wheels or a more aggressive wheel style. Bigger is better, but without a lift or SAS kit, you'll be limited on the size of the tires you can put on.

I'd only do two things to it, wheels and excessive lighting! =D

Debadge
Remove those like door guard things from the wheel well.
Lift it, OME is what I prefer.
Lights
Grille guard, new bumper (ARB) or bull bar.

Use good fluids, and keep it mechanically in good shape since its a new motor.

2" suspension lift, 2" body lift, 33" x 12.5" tyres (prefeferably muddies). Then it will look a lot more 4WD for a little outlay.
