95 SR5, what to look for and opinions

Looked at a 1995 SR5 model tonight, i liked it, havent driven yet.

154k on it
timing belt etc done 14k miles ago
power everything
2wd
four door
towing package
roof rack
running boards
auto
cd player
sunroof
etc etc
EXCELLENT CONDITION

what would you guys esitmate it at?
I like her price, just want to see what you guys think its worth.

what usually goes wrong with these that I need to look for?
ac works on it, heater is good too
all window work etc
everything works on it

please, any advice

The head gaskets, and Timing Belt, but youve check into the belt already right?

Id say from all the options it has, and for what you will be using it for, its a huge upgrade from the old Hodeo. Get it!
