96 4 runner AC works intermittantly. some days it works some days it doesnt. Had it into dealer , unfortunately when they turned it on it worked. they checked and found system charged. $300 bucks. said they can do nothing unless they can see it when its not working. This is in fact a crap shoot! Any help out there?
