97 4 runner 3.4 maintenance

Looking at one tomorrow and it has 224,000 miles. What should I be looking for as far tell tell signs of "stay away". I don't have a lift and can't really look under it. I drove her and she runs fine. I don't know... any suggestions so I don't get stuck with a huge:toilet:

When was the last time the timing belt was changed? Are there any service records kept for it? Any rust?

No rust, 161 I believe seeing. I reckon I could call Toy and give them a vin and see if it's been serviced ya.
