I have a '97 T4R, and I plan on replacing the shocks and struts. After browsing the forum a little, I saw that 96-98 has a recall on the rear suspension...anyone confirm this? Sounds extremely helpful on my wallet. Well regardless if that's true or not I'm still going to need struts for the front. I've seen names thrown around like KYB and Bilsteins.
My question is this: I'm still fairly fresh with this this stuff, can anyone recommend me certain models/parts for those companies? I don't plan on off roading really as I use this for everyday use to get to school, work, social life stuff. But I'm huge on going to the mountains/outdoor life and will probably make weekly trips up there. I'm going to need something that will do well making it up and down the mountain, especially since I'll be mainly going for the snow season (I love to snowboard). Like I said, I don't plan on offroading much, but I do like the out door life so I wouldn't rule out possibilities of having to drive on trails to get to camp sites. Nothing crazy though
