This looks like some kind of scam(odometer fraud) or hoax. Florida plate, pictures look like they are from Florida. Its in NY. So how old are those pictures really.....I am calling BS!

Naw guys, your missing the point.

He was in Florida on one of his very rare road trips. He put the Florida plates on it so he looked like a local. He was picking up his cousin who is a middle eastern prince who wants to deposite 6 million dollars into your bank account so he won't be taxed on it by the very unfair laws in his country.

All he needs is for you to buy the 4runner and give him your full name, social, birthday, and credit card numbers. It would also help if you gave him power of attorney for you.
