97 sr5 brake line questions

I am going to be installing a lift on my 4runner 3" in the front and 3.5" in the back
I was going to install it and then see if i need to extend my brake lines

So 3 questions

Does that sound like a reasonable idea to wait?

Do i get brake lines with or without traction control?

Is it easy enough to do at home, there's no fluid in those lines correct?

That's the first I've heard of brake lines having traction control for a 4runner lol You're not extending the hard lines.

It wouldn't hurt to extend your brake lines. I never extended mine when I was IFS, my rear line never had problems when flexed out. I'd say install the lift and flex it out, then look to see how much slack you have/if they're stretching.

It's very easy to do them at home. Just clamp off the line before you unscrew it.

Yea its an extra 35$ on toytec lol not really sure what to get but i was thinking of just lifting it then going from there

Ah I see now, because there are two lines.
