97 T4R Sunroof question

Knowing that my 97 has a lot of miles and a bit of age on it I was wondering if that by chance there is a way to manually close the sunroof if there is some kind of electrical failure?

It's been asked numerous times... There isn't a manual override for the 3rd gen sunroof. It's super unfortunate, and would help a lot especially when the grease turns to clay... It's not terrible to drop it and clean in out to make sure it won't stick though.

But again, no there isn't a manual motor override.

I am sorry to hear that but mine is working just fine right now and I wanted to be prepared in case of a problem. Dropping and cleaning sounds like a major chore though.
