98 4runner question!!!

Hello, I'm new on here and just pick up a 98 4runner with 80K...I'm a newbie with 4runner so don't know much bout it.....i was wondering if the 99/00 front bumper would fit the 98.......

Just a little damage so i have to replace the front bumper ...i sorta like the 99 front so thought if i have to replace it i mite as well change to 99 one....what do you think?

I'm going wait for someone else to give you the thumbs up or down as far as fitment.

I do like the 99+ bumpers. I think you if changed your front one then you should also change your rear one. I'm not sure how you would wire the foglights.

There might be a need for a slight mod to fit the bumper but I don't remember it beign a big deal. Search over on yotatech too for an answer.

I was thinking the the 99+ front bumper was a direct swap over, but not vise versa. Could be incorrect though, I'd definitely check on yotatech. There are many things I would like to have that the 99s have but that front bumper is not one of them... Best of luck to ya!
