98 build thread

I picked up a 98 4runner limited 4x4 about a month ago and I've been lurking on this website for a while now so I figured I'd start a build thread. When I bought it it came with a 2 inch old man emu suspension kit and a brush guard.

First thing I did was take off the side steps

I didn't like how it sat with out the leveling kit so I ordered a 1 inch daystar leveling kit and installed it

Next I got skid plates of of a 2001 Tacoma sanded them a painted them to match my fender flares

After first coat of paint

Then once they were installed (sorry for bad quality)

And now I am saving up to get a new front bumper and ditch the brush guard, new tires hopefully km2's, roof rack, and rock sliders.

Looks really good man. Keep it up. When you get that front bumper make sure you have a way to mount that "G" plate. Go dawgs!

Rear storage box build.

I got tired if just having everything I carry in the trunk rolling around so I decided to build a storage box.

You got to love that Georgia red clay. Always got to keep the dawgs on the front bumper. Thats where mine stays
