98 dealer-installed fog/driving lights

Ok guys, any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I am looking to install driving/fog lights (rectangular one) in the valence of my bumper - on either side of the license plate. See the following pictures:

I have tried to contact these guys but my emails get returned undeliverable. I know Toyota obviously does not make these anymore and would not have them in stock, even if they did I'm sure the price would be ridiculous.

I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to how I could either find the brackets or install similar lights in the same location. There is a hole for a screw in the chrome above the valence, but it is an odd location and I would basically have to cut all the plastic out. I would rather not have to do that but anyway, I am open to any and all suggestions.

I would only want a grille guard if it didn't have the parts covering the headlights. I know you can take them off, but I cant justify spending that much just to take half of it off.

Besides, I like the OEM look of the pictures I posted.

And I don't want to do the amount of fab work that the lights you have in the bumper would require.

It was an easy fix. I marked the lower valence with a marker and used a jigsaw and cut the plastic out. Placed the lamp in and got an aluminum piece (easy to flex and make the desired shape). Made two mounts for each light. One mount went to the bolt that holds the upper and lower valence and the second mount went to the 14 mm bolt that used to hold the front bumper to the chassis.

I like the OEM look of the pictures I posted.
And I don't want to do the amount of fab work that the lights you have in the bumper would require.

Try these...and you'd only have to find/fab one piece of straight metal (since the hole in the bumper is at an angle) to attach them...and they are narrow so you don't have to cut the plastic from the valance....
