want to buy that lil piece on the bottom front bumper of a 99-02 4runner not sure what its call but its like a lil plate you can remove and in the back of it its the tow hook or something,some how i cant load up the pics. lmk if yall got one.thanks

I usually get a few requests for this part but it's cheaper to buy it new from Toyota. And its new!

really? i always thought they just sale the whole bumper.anyways you know how much it usually run? also do you know if 98 and 99 corner lights are changeable cause im confuse some say just bolt on but the sellers from ebay say its not.thanks

Yes you can put 98 lights in place of 99. They differ in appearance, but they are interchangeable.

I think that piece is around $17 or so
