99 4 runner no brakes

Help i have no brakes at all put in a new booster and still no pressure is building holds fluid cant figuar out why there is no pressure

is the new booster OEM, did you bleed the brakes, is the caliper piston seized?

So you did or did not bleed the brakes? I am not trying to be rude, but a comma or period here and there would help us understand you...

If the caliper were seized, wouldn't the rear brakes still work?

Also--
Did you replace the booster as an attempt to remedy the problem, or was this problem caused by replacing the booster?

If the latter, why did you replace the booster?
