I am not trying to be rude, but a comma or period here and there would help us understand you... If the caliper were seized, wouldn't the rear brakes still work? Also-- Did you replace the booster as an attempt to remedy the problem, or was this problem caused by replacing the booster? If the latter, why did you replace the booster?
