Shift interlock

So sometime last year I had a caliper fail in the rear and my shift interlocked was activated. I have since replaced all the calipers, had the brakes professionally bleed, and to no avail my shift interlock is still there. Brakes function normally, brake lights function normally. No codes, no brake light on the dash, trying to figure out what is going on here, is there a brake pressure sensor somewhere? I am kinda baffled here because everything functions normally, and I have no lights on.

some thoughts. if this is not a 2020+ 4runner. try the override. there's a plastic panel on the shift area. remove it and press the button underneath and see if you can shift. if it works when you manually override it may be the stop light switch just needs to be replaced. it's a cheap part and very DIY and it might solve the problem
