I have a 5 speed manual transmission. When I accidentally release the clutch without giving the engine enough gas and kill the engine, the car will not start until a minute or so goes by. I have to turn the key to off and wait. If I try to restart the car to soon, it will not turn over, although all the ignition lights and electrical power systems come on. Anybody have any ideas?
