Hey guys I have a 99 4runner 3.4l 4x4 (doesn't have push button awd). I'm having problems with my transfer case. The 4wd shifter won't move at all. I took the shifter out. I can move the neutral and 4lo cylinder with a screw driver and 4lo will engage and seem to work. But the h2 h4 cylinder won't budge. It all looks to be mechanical, no vacuum lines or actuators that I saw.
