99 4Runner - Transmission breathers are rusted

Not sure how to replace these two rusted breathers (see attached photo)

Can't appear to unscrew them, they look cast in.

Basically what made me find this was when I drove uphill for extended periods, i would smell a rubber like smell in the cabin. Couple days later found the oil leaking out of the shifter area.

You should be able to unbolt the 4 on the sides not sure how you want to go about it but I would just throw some RVT on it and put it back together. (Looks to be leaking from the right side of the photo)
