'99 running board replacement?

My '99 T4R running boards are the only rust on my runner. They are necessary for my wife to climb int the cab. Sliders or other after market products are an option as soon as they are functional as steps. My local dealer is not exactly helpful in terms of other years than '99s that could be modified and still be Toyota parts.

My runner has color matched bumpers (jade green)and black fender flares.

Any suggestions for either parts that will fit with mods or after market running board/sliders.

Too bad you're so far away. I have a said of jade green running boards that came off my 99 that are 100% rust free. If you were closer I'd just give them to you.

Something that big, try shipping thru Fastenal. The caveat is they only ship store to store. They will pack/wrap and ship for much less than the usual shippers. -J

I have a 99 that I'm taking them off the next few days...they look new...green too... I'm in York pa north of you if you want them.

No idea what shipping would cost. If she is open to driving down to Tacoma tomorrow or next weekend I can have them cleaned up and ready to go for her. Send me a PM and I'm happy to try and work something out.
 
Ryan--Thanks for the info but not an option. Daughter's husband screwed up his back.

WWRD--if those are still available I will look up travel time to York.

My apologies for the slow response but a lot of a]family stuff decided to happen all at once.

I am interested and can make the 2 hour drive from Northern VA. All I need is the when and where. Thank you immensely.

I tried to PM you but it may have misfired.
 
Everyone is offering you the wrong part. You need to black SR5 running boards. If anyone says their running boards are green then it's wrong.

I think mine are the color of the runner on the very ends but are black otherwise...I'm sure they can be painted to match or just swapped off the old ones...unless the sr5 won't bolt on from a limited?? Mine are limited?? Fit issue?? I really don't know.

Sounds like he has a 1999 Highlander package. Bare plastic black flares. Totally different.
