99 SR5 Front Wheel Making Noise

I have a 1999 SR5 4wd that has recently had new brake pads, calipers, and rotors put on and it continues to make a noise that sounds like my brake pads are rubbing against the rotors. It sounds to me like sand is in the wheel, and when I apply the break it accelerates. It is also more noticeable when I drive the vehicle for longer periods of time. The sounds does come and go, but mostly comes. Also my ABS light is on. I'm not sure if the two are related. Any help would be appreciated. i'm a do it yourselfer so I really do not want to have to take it to the shop. Plus I like to not have to pay the shop prices. Thanks in advance for any tips that might help for me to correct these issues.

Have you looked into your wheel bearings?

Calipers do not retract the way drum brakes do
The pads are almost always touching the rotor a little.
