'99 T4R Springs on a 2000 T4R?

I found someone selling all 4 Coils/Springs from a 1999 4Runner that had 100K miles on it for $100. I've noticed my 2000 4Runner's rear end sagging a little and I've heard that the '99 T4R's sat 1" inch higher all around due to their Coils/Springs.

My questions are these:

1. Do you think that these Coils/Springs alone will help the sag and lift up that rear end using my other stock equipment without changing out the shocks?
2. Will this give me a roughly 1" inch higher stance all around?
3. Is this difficult to install myself?
4. Do you think it's worth it for $100?

Well i think the front coils should be good. as far as the rear, they could be sagging as well but would probably sit higher then where you are at now. The rears for brand new ones online run about $125 through some sites. Its your call. Good luck

Make sure that they're the tall springs as I've read that not all 99's came with the tall springs.

Thanks for the replies guys/gals. I think i'm just gonna go with the toytec 2.5" front and 3" rear lift. Screw it. It's what i'm going to eventually want anyway. And i'll probably add a 1" body lift to that as well. Nothing too extreme, but just right. What do you think? And should I do the diff dropp as well? And should I get new shocks while i'm at it?
