99 vs. 97 cd player

Can i put the stock cd player in the 99 into the 97. I know that 97 use to have a 3disc player and an amp in it, just not sure.

i put my wife's '99 stock radio/tape/cd into my '88.

the '88 had a single DIN radio-only with the pocket under the radio.

i removed the radio and pocket and replaced with the newer head unit.

i put this

into this

and got this

the '88 now has this

look at my first pic... the box the right is the amp.

so, just plug the vehicles wire harness into that and you should be good to go.
