a\c blower

Sup people i just got a 02 4runner bout 3 months ago but i was wondering why i can hear my air blower even when i turn the switch off......you can also still feel a small breeze coming out of the vents

anybody know if this is normal???

See if you can feel a breeze when it's in recirculating mode. In my past and present vehicles, when it's in fresh air mode and the vehicle is moving, I can feel air flow through the vents.

but when i turn my switch off you can still hear the blower motor..is it normal for that?
