I have a bulb burn out in "OFF" part of A/C control. Are those replaceble, if so - how?

I have a bulb burn out in "OFF" part of A/C control. Are those replaceble, if so - how?

If you mean the arrow that points to off on the fan controls there are holes to solder an LED there on the PC board behind the dash control, however there was never one installed there. AV1 and others have installed a yellow LED there and it works if you want to do it.
