A Forum related question, in regards to posting pictures

I notice that on some thread members are able to post picture with descriptive captions in between each picture. For the life of me I can figure out how to do without HTML and I can find anywhere to insert HTML.

Is there anyone out there who can give me hint?

My guess is that those who add the descriptions are hosting the pics remotely vs hosting them on this site.

I get mine all sized and cropped on my computer first.
I then download them photo bucket.
Finally, in my report I put in the

and then copy them in between the two brackety things.

Ah, photo bucket...now I have to figure out photo bucket. Shame the software doesn't support HTML in the photo upload mode. I imagine the OPS prefer photo bucket to save on bandwidth fees. Do you have a link for photo bucket?
