Well many thanks to Micah (FoneRunner) for making this possible, I'm sure he's happier than anyone this is coming to an end! I thought I'd post up for his progress since he's traveling the length and width of the state...and back today. This all started with him deciding to buy my landcruiser rims, boy did it end up a little crazy.

Micah was kind enough to pick my new American Racing Bajas up in Tennessee and bring them back to his house in ATL. While he had them I decided to have them powdercoated Harley Davidson Black Pearl. After being coated and before I even saw them in person, another bargain caught my eye.

Wesley from Athens was selling a set of the rare Anthracite TRD FJ rims mounted on like new 285/75 BFG All Terrains. I quickly went to work and got Micah to go in halfsies with me so he'd take the tires and I'd take the rims.

So here we are this morning, Micah is in Athens putting the wheels and tires on now, then driving down to me where we are mixing and matching wheels and tires, so Micah will have the 285 BFGs on my Landcruiser rims and I'll be running the 315 KM2s on the TRD FJ rims in a few hours. Thanks to Micah for dominating the logistics side of this endeavor, pictures to come soon!

speaking of the chargers they are falling apart. they cut LT which i agree with, but they are talking about letting sproles walk, some of the guys on D-line are free agents, vincent jackson has a DUI, and merriman has proved to be a bust with out roids. Tough season ahead

wait, so micah is getting ur LC rims right? and he picked up your american rims from TN, then all of a sudden you found those TRD rims, ....and i dont get what goes on after that ....how did he end up with the TRD on his rig, when u wanted the TRD, and he wanted the LC? lol

I don't want to talk about the chargers....you forgot to mention Malcom Floyd and Antonio Cromartie, it sucks but we have a few key players that will be a solid foundation to build on...plus Lonyae Miller is speaking with them so at least we have leads...okay enough of that

We bought the wheels already on the tires, so he's just driving the set down here and we're separating them when he gets here in about an hour. Hes going to have 285s and lcs, ill have the fjs thrown on my 315s and the american racings stay up for sale. haha my heads been just left of exploding this whole week

to be honest , i really think that those american racing wheels were ugly, and that the TRD's are going to look alot better on ur rig. the bronze color on ur black rig would be killer. wonder if Micah is goign to sell his taco rims , coz ill pic those up...maybe.

Its good news for the chiefs maybe they can pick up some of those free agents chambers was a good pick up but goff not so much. Chiefs are going to win it this year haha

Ahhh all the Charger emotion isn't good right now! Don't even get me started on your Broncos!

Got everything done with a small snag, with Micah's 199mm tundra calipers. It dug into the rim slightly but it should have worn itself in by now, guess he'll tell us when he gets back as he's heading home now. I'm happier than a fly on sheet right now these were exactly what I was looking for.

On another note, finally saw the American Racing Rims in person and man the pictures totally threw me off. These rims are extremely black all of the cameras distorted the image, got some inside shots to show you what they really look like.
