We were backed up to the surf at Oregon Inlet, just south of Nags Head, and I was fishing while my girlfriend looked for shells. A younger guy with a new-looking Jeep too.
I got the same reaction from a Jeep guy after I pulled him out. He slowed too much before reaching the top and did not want to try again from the bottom.
