A-pillar gauge mounts?

This weekend I added a gauge pod to the Spiker Engineering Ultragauge mount, and decided that I like having the transmission temperature gauge right by the UG, as opposed to down low near the shifter:

So I sketched some other possible configurations that folks might find useful, and came up with a few below. They have a significant upfront investment, so I don't want to fabricate duds.

Happy to get some feedback on the level of interest in these.

Bandit Runner designed a pretty sweet dual pod that mounts in that area. I bought the plans, had it 3D printed, but have yet to install it. I'm sure you could get this to work.

Haven't seen that before, that's nifty. Do you mind sharing how much the plans were? And does it snap in place, or use glue or screws?

I'll start by making the add-on pod for the Ultragauge/Scangauge mount, and see how that goes. I got a lot of requests for those, so that's a good starting point.

Can't remember what I paid for the file, but did pay $44 to have it 3D printed. That's as far as I've gotten with it so far.

Thanks Mike. My mounts will be powder coated steel, and probably cheaper than that, but that's a neat mount.

Bumping an old thread, great idea!

Have any pictures of this setup from a side angle?

I ended up not developing a dedicated gauge pod, so we only have add-ons to work with the Ultragauge and Scangauge mounts. I don't have a side shot (I can take a photo), but here is a side shot of the Ulttragauge mount, and the gauge would be in the same plane:

Here are a couple of other permutations:
